Do you do special orders or custom orders?
Absolutely! We love connecting growers with the flowers they are looking for. We have connections with growers all across the United States. If it is available, we can find it for you. Please reach out to us at hello@floranorton.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
Yes absolutely! Please contact us, and we can include a personalized card or message with your order.
Are plants shipped in their containers or bare root?
We sell plants in a variety of types and sizes. If a perennial is bare-root or still dormant from winter, it will be stated in the listing. We want you to be aware of exactly what you are buying. Please be sure to read the description thoroughly. Everything you need to know will be listed, including the plug size.
What is a plug size?
We use 1020 trays to grow plants – an industry standard. 2010 refers to a 10” deep and 20” wide tray. The plug size refers to the number of plants(plugs) grown in the tray for that size. 512 size plugs are smaller, 72 size plugs will be larger. We also offer plants in standard liners (4”x4”x3.5”), tall liners (4”x4”x5”), standard pot sizes (1 quart, 2.85-quart, 1 gallon, 2 gallon), grow bags or semi-bare root to save on shipping costs.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated on your order at checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight. Heavier items (shrubs/trees) weigh more; therefore, shipping costs more. Currently, USPS has the fastest shipping using Priority, however, we are always researching additional options to give you the best service possible!
How do I track my shipment?
You will receive an email with a tracking number upon packaging your order. We highly recommend you track your package, especially if you may not be home to receive your delivery. Shipping carriers do not care what is in your package – they will leave it at your doorstep. Although we lovingly package your plants for a safe journey; plants left outside for an extended period, during the hot summer or cold winter, might cause permanent damage.
