Once the buds start to open, it’s hard to keep your hands off of the bunny tails! The flowers are fluffy and as soft as a bunny tail, hence the name.  Easy to grow and they add an amazing texture to cut flower bouquets.  One interesting trait Bunny Tail Grass has is the flowers don’t shatter and fall apart like many types of grasses do once they dry.
